PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE fixbos PLATFORM.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you", "your") and fixbos ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the fixbos website located at https://fixbos.cam and all associated services, games, and features (collectively, the "Service" or "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or using any Service provided by fixbos, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policies. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Service.

1. Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below:

• "Account" means the personal gaming account registered by a User on the fixbos Platform, containing personal information, transaction history, and gaming activity.
• "Bonus" means any promotional offer, free credit, cashback, or other incentive provided by fixbos to Users, subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
• "Deposit" means the transfer of funds by a User from their personal bank account or e-wallet to their fixbos Account for the purpose of wagering.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity verification process requiring Users to submit government-issued identification documents and supporting materials to confirm their identity and age.
• "Real Money" means funds deposited by the User in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) that can be used for wagering and withdrawn as winnings.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a User must bet a bonus amount before winnings can be withdrawn, expressed as a multiple (e.g., 30x).
• "Withdrawal" means the transfer of funds from a User's fixbos Account to their personal bank account or e-wallet.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By clicking "I Agree," registering an account, depositing funds, or using any feature of the fixbos Platform, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

1. You have read and understood these Terms in their entirety;
2. You accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and all policies referenced herein;
3. You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction;
4. You understand that online gambling involves financial risk and may result in loss of funds;
5. fixbos reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, with changes becoming effective upon posting to the website.

We will notify Users of material changes to these Terms via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Users who do not agree to modified Terms must cease using the Service immediately and may request account closure.

3. Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain an Account with fixbos, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher. fixbos strictly prohibits underage gambling. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet the minimum age requirement. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

3.2 Jurisdiction and Residency

You must be a resident of Indonesia or a jurisdiction where online gambling is legally permitted. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of fixbos services complies with all applicable local, state, and national laws in your location. Users accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited do so at their own risk and in violation of these Terms.

3.3 Legal Capacity

You must possess full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. Individuals under legal guardianship, conservatorship, or otherwise lacking legal capacity to contract are prohibited from using fixbos services.

3.4 Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to maintain only one (1) Account with fixbos. Multiple accounts registered by the same person ("Duplicate Accounts") are strictly prohibited. fixbos employs sophisticated detection systems to identify Duplicate Accounts based on matching personal information, device fingerprints, IP addresses, payment methods, and behavioral patterns. Upon detection of Duplicate Accounts, we reserve the right to close all related accounts, confiscate funds, and void any winnings or bonuses.

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Registration Process

To create an Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including:

• Full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification
• Valid email address that you have access to
• Mobile phone number registered in Indonesia
• Date of birth
• Residential address in Indonesia
• Secure password meeting minimum complexity requirements

You agree to immediately update your Account information if any details change. Providing false, misleading, or outdated information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension or termination.

4.2 KYC Verification

fixbos is committed to preventing underage gambling, money laundering, and fraud. All Users must complete KYC verification by submitting:

• A clear, color photograph of the front of your Indonesian KTP showing your full name, date of birth, photograph, and ID number
• A selfie photograph of yourself holding your KTP next to your face, with both your face and the KTP details clearly visible
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence) dated within the last 3 months, if requested

KYC verification typically processes within 2-4 hours during business hours (09:00-23:00 WIB) and up to 24 hours during weekends or holidays. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification may be subject to withdrawal restrictions until verification is completed. First-time withdrawals always require completed KYC verification.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. You agree to:

• Choose a strong password containing a mix of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters
• Never share your password with any third party
• Log out of your Account after each session, especially when using shared or public devices
• Immediately notify fixbos customer support if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account

You are responsible for all activities conducted through your Account, whether authorized by you or not. fixbos will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your Account credentials.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposit Methods

fixbos accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods:

• Bank transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, BSI
• E-wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000. There is no maximum deposit limit, but large deposits (over Rp 50,000,000) may require additional verification. Deposits are typically credited to your Account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. fixbos does not charge any fees for deposits, though your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction fees.

5.2 Withdrawal Policy

You may request a withdrawal at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal: Rp 100,000
• Maximum withdrawal per transaction: Rp 50,000,000
• KYC verification must be completed before first withdrawal
• Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your name
• Bonus wagering requirements must be fulfilled before withdrawing bonus-related winnings

Withdrawal processing times: 5-15 minutes to Indonesian banks during business hours (08:00-22:00 WIB), 10-30 minutes to e-wallets. Processing may take longer during peak periods, weekends, or major holidays including Idul Fitri, Chinese New Year (Imlek), and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August). fixbos processes withdrawal requests 24/7, but receiving bank hours may affect final credit time.

5.3 Source of Funds

fixbos reserves the right to request documentation proving the source of your deposited funds, particularly for large or unusual transactions. This is part of our anti-money laundering (AML) compliance obligations. You agree to provide such documentation promptly upon request. Failure to provide satisfactory proof may result in withdrawal delays, account restrictions, or account closure.

5.4 Third-Party Deposits

Deposits from third-party accounts (accounts not registered in your name) are strictly prohibited. Any funds deposited from third-party sources will be returned to the originating account, and your Account may be suspended pending investigation. This policy protects against fraud and money laundering.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Bonus Terms

fixbos may offer various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback, free bets, and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions including:

• Wagering requirements: The number of times you must wager the bonus amount before winnings can be withdrawn (typically 20x-35x)
• Validity period: The time period within which wagering requirements must be met (typically 7-30 days)
• Game contribution: Different games contribute different percentages toward wagering (e.g., slots 100%, live casino 10%)
• Maximum bet limit: The maximum bet size allowed while wagering a bonus (typically Rp 50,000 per bet)
• Eligible games: Some bonuses are restricted to specific games or categories

All bonus terms are displayed in your Account dashboard and in the specific promotion's terms. It is your responsibility to read and understand all bonus terms before accepting any offer.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

Abuse or attempted abuse of bonuses, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses, colluding with other players, or using betting strategies specifically designed to exploit bonus terms (e.g., betting both sides of a market, low-risk betting patterns), is strictly prohibited. fixbos employs automated systems and manual review to detect bonus abuse. Detected abuse will result in:

• Immediate forfeiture of all bonuses and related winnings
• Closure of all accounts associated with the abuse
• Potential legal action for fraud

6.3 Cancellation Rights

fixbos reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. We also reserve the right to exclude certain Users from specific promotions at our sole discretion, particularly if we suspect abuse or violation of terms.

7. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

7.1 Game Integrity

All games offered on the fixbos Platform use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) that have been independently tested and audited for fairness. RTP (Return to Player) percentages are published for each game and represent long-term statistical averages over millions of game rounds. Individual sessions may vary significantly from published RTP.

7.2 Game Rules

Each game has specific rules that govern gameplay, payouts, and outcomes. It is your responsibility to read and understand the rules of any game before wagering real money. Rules can typically be accessed by clicking the information icon within each game. If you do not understand a game's rules, contact customer support before playing.

7.3 Disputes and Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, technical error, or software bug that affects game outcomes:

• All affected bets and game rounds will be void
• Funds will be returned to your Account
• fixbos will investigate the issue and notify affected players
• Decisions regarding disputed outcomes are final and binding

If you believe a game result is incorrect, you must report it to customer support within 48 hours. We will investigate all legitimate disputes and review game logs, but our decision is final. Screenshots or recordings of alleged malfunctions should be submitted with your dispute.

7.4 Sports Betting

For sports betting services including bandar bola (football betting), mix parlay (accumulator bets), and voor bola (handicap betting):

• Bets are accepted up until the official start time of each event
• Live betting odds update in real-time based on match developments
• Results are determined by official league or tournament rulings
• If an event is abandoned, postponed by more than 48 hours, or cancelled, bets are typically void and stakes returned (specific rules vary by sport and bet type)
• Settlement is based on regular time (90 minutes for football) unless otherwise specified

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the fixbos Platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms:

1. Underage gambling: Any attempt by persons under 21 years of age to register, deposit, or play
2. Multiple accounts: Creating or operating more than one Account
3. Identity fraud: Providing false identification documents or impersonating another person
4. Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain unfair advantage, particularly in poker or sports betting
5. Bonus abuse: Exploiting bonuses through multiple accounts, coordinated betting, or prohibited betting patterns
6. Money laundering: Using the Platform to launder funds from illegal activities
7. Hacking or exploitation: Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or exploit technical vulnerabilities in the Platform
8. Bot usage: Using automated software, scripts, or bots to place bets or play games
9. Chargebacks: Initiating illegitimate chargebacks or payment disputes after deposits have been used for wagering
10. Third-party payments: Depositing from accounts not registered in your name or allowing others to use your Account

Violation of any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds and winnings, and potential reporting to law enforcement authorities.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 Disclaimer of Warranties

The fixbos Platform and all Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, fixbos disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9.2 Limitation of Liability

fixbos, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the Service
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service
• Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our Service by any third party
• Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of your use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the Service

In no event shall fixbos's total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount you have paid to fixbos in the six (6) months prior to the claim, or Rp 10,000,000, whichever is less.

9.3 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless fixbos and its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another person or entity
• Your use or misuse of the Service

10. Account Termination and Suspension

10.1 Voluntary Termination

You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure:

• You must withdraw all remaining funds (subject to bonus wagering requirements being met)
• Any active bonuses will be forfeited
• Your personal information will be retained as required by law for record-keeping and regulatory purposes
• Account closure is permanent and cannot be reversed (you would need to register a new account, subject to eligibility)

10.2 Termination by fixbos

fixbos reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account immediately, without prior notice, if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms
• You engage in any prohibited activities listed in Section 8
• We suspect fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity
• You fail to complete KYC verification when requested
• Your Account has been inactive (no login or wagering) for more than 12 consecutive months

In the event of termination for breach of Terms, fixbos reserves the right to confiscate all funds in your Account, including deposits and winnings.

10.3 Inactive Accounts

If your Account remains inactive (no login or deposit) for 12 consecutive months, fixbos may charge a monthly maintenance fee of Rp 50,000 or 5% of the remaining balance, whichever is lower, to cover administrative costs. Accounts with zero balance will be automatically closed after 24 months of inactivity.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

11.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which fixbos operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Where applicable, Indonesian consumer protection laws shall apply to the extent they provide greater protection to Users.

11.2 Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Service shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation with fixbos customer support. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, the dispute may be submitted to mediation or arbitration as mutually agreed by both parties.

11.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive your right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

12.1 Amendments to Terms

fixbos reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Users via email and/or prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days prior to the effective date. Continued use of the Service after modifications become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically for updates.

12.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable. If modification is not possible, the provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

12.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific game or bonus terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and fixbos regarding your use of the Service and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written.
